Play Yards
Our resort features six beautifully designed indoor play arenas provide over 12,000 square feet of climate-controlled space for safe, year-round play. Beyond our indoor arenas, we feature five beautifully maintained play yards with 8,000 square feet of space and complete with K9Grass®. Two of these are designed exclusively for one-on-one play sessions with a Canine Coach - perfect for pups who thrive with human interaction rather than group play.
K9Grass®
This outside artificial turf is specifically designed for dogs, featuring a continuous mesh backing that allows urine and waste to drain efficiently through the surface, unlike other turfs that are designed with sporadically placed drainage holes. Ensuring superior sanitation and cleanliness.
Training Center
Welcome to our Training House, where learning feels just like home! Inside, pups can practice good manners in a real-life setting and even a treadmill to burn off excess energy if necessary. Step outside, and our secure oversized backyard offers even more space for confidence building and skill sharpening.
Sniffery Lounge
We have two tail-wagging scent zones where your pup becomes the ultimate detective! Each sniff and discovery keeps their mind and body active, using all five pillars of enrichment: social, physical, intellectual, sensory, and emotional. Ten minutes of sniffing equals a whole hour of play!
The Library
Story time comes alive in our library, where your pups curl up on the couch by the faux fireplace for tail-wagging tales and snuggles with our Canine Coaches.
Privacy Bedrooms
These feature solid doors that extend 2.5 feet from the floor, helping to prevent fence-fighting and promote uninterrupted rest when others walk by. Each bedroom also includes durable tempered glass windows, a favorite spot for the pups who love to look out and stay engaged. We've added 151 sound-absorbing panels on the walls and ceilings throughout the facility, to help reduce noise levels creating a calmer environment for both our pups and our staff.
Health & Safety
Our resort features 70+ security cameras providing full indoor and outdoor coverage for around-the-clock visibility. Backed by a high-tech alarm system with central monitoring, every guest enjoys the highest level of safety and care, day and night.
Our Aerapy Systems are in every room in our resort. Some rooms, because of their size, have up to 6 units. You will see these hanging from the ceilings and on the walls. These systems kill 99.9% of viral and bacterial pathogens.
Climate-Controlled
We use a specialized climate and air exchange system that constantly refreshes the air, pulling in clean outdoor air and exhausting indoor air, with 6 to 12 full air changes per hour to keep the atmosphere fresh and healthy for every pup. These systems work alongside our Aerapy Systems.
